Why I built CrowdAssist
Having worked on both sides of event safety — managing requests at a dispatch centre and handling the IT infrastructure at large-scale festivals — I saw the same gap every time: visitors in difficulty had no direct, reliable channel to reach the team on the ground.
CrowdAssist is the tool I wished had existed. It connects visitors to field teams in seconds, with precise location data, and integrates with whatever infrastructure is already in place.
